Auction Terms & Conditions We accept cash, Bank Draft, Debit, Visa, MasterCard (4% charge on Credit Cards) No Cheques. 15% buyer's premium and 5% GST applies where applicable to ALL sales. All Items are sold "as is" and where is. And lie at the purchaser's risk immediately. Meier Auction does not guarantee nor warranty any item. All goods are available for inspection before the sale and each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied himself as to the identity, authenticity and condition and shall not be permitted to make any objection after the sale on any ground whatsoever. In all cases of dispute, the auctioneer's decision shall be final. All goods are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser at the purchaser's sole risk and expense and the purchaser here by indemnifies and saves harmless the auctioneer and/ or the owner of the premises from each and every claim whatsoever which may arise by reason of the removal of the goods by the purchaser from the premises. The auctioneer will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever, and the lot or lots will be left at the sole risk of the purchaser. Items not picked up in the time specified by the auction will be resold. No refunds will be given.
