Terms of all Auction Sales
1.All Bidders must register at the Auction Office prior to purchasing (Drivers’ License or 2 acceptable pieces of idenification required to register).
2.The Auction reserves the right to refuse any applicant for a bidding card, the privilege of bidding at the Auction Sale, and to revoke such privilege at any time.
3.All goods sold at the Auction shall be sold to the highest bidder, however the Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and in cases of dispute, the Auctioneer’s decision shall be final.
4.We will not be responsible for any person being injured on the Sales Site.
5.The Terms of Payment are Cash, Interac, Credit Cards (some conditions apply) or Certified Cheque.
6.No items shall be removed from the Sales Site until payment has been made in full.
7.All goods are sold on an As Is Where Is basis and no warranty, implied or otherwise, exists in relation to any goods offered for sale unless otherwise announced at the Sale.
8.All goods are available for inspection before the Sale and each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied himself as to the identity, authenticity and condition and shall not be permitted to make any objection after the sale on any ground whatsoever.
9.All goods must be paid for and removed from the Auction Sales Site by Friday 5 PM
10.Goods left on the Auction Sales Site at the option of the Auction becomes liable for storage charges and any goods so stored may, after notice to the purchaser, be resold and any deficiency charged to the purchaser.
11.All legal costs occuring shall be added to the total purchase price.
12.A $35.00 Buyers’ Fee is applied to all Cars, Trucks, Trailers and RV’s (anything with a Serial Number). This does not apply to Classic Car Auctions.
13.Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 5% applies on all items.
14.Unless otherwise stated, a 15% Buyer Premium applies to all purchases.
